We don't want to shroud our process in mystery! We've outlined the journey your T-shirts go on when they are here with us.
You can ship your T-shirts UPS, Fed Ex Ground or via the US Post office.
We will e-mail you within 48 hours of receiving your T-shirts.
We create a clear plastic box labeled with your name. We keep all the cut blocks and paperwork in this box for the duration of the project.
No other box of T-shirts is open at this time. We are all focused on your T-shirts.
Upon your approval of the quilt size, we puzzle out a map of your quilt and assign each block a spot.
Our sewers work from the map to make sure all the blocks are in the right place. It is then proofed by all the sewers and quilters.
Each block on your quilt gets its own special quilting design. The designs are either tracings or free form designs.
The binding is a strip of fabric that runs around the edge of the quilt to finish the raw edge of the top, batting and backing materials.
We clean off all the little strings and fuzz. If the quilt is not perfect, we fix it!
We put your new quilt in a plastic bag in a clean box for shipping.
We do not send out photographs of your quilt layout because we do not actually physically layout your quilt.
Sadly, no. Puzzle style T-shirt quilts are not the right style of quilt if you want your T-shirt in chronological order. This is because our blocks are not set in a rows and columns layout.
You would want to consider a traditional style quilt if your T-shirts have to be in chronological order.
