We offer long-arm machine quilting for T-shirt quilts made with the Too Cool Method. We have been long-arm quilting our style of T-shirt quilts since 2000. This is more experience than most quilters have.
If you want your quilt long-arm machine quilted and are unable to find a local quilter, then perhaps we are an alternative.
You supply the top ready to quilt, per the instructions in the book. Use the size of the quilt you made on paper rather than the final actual physical size.
Below are the different options you can hire us to do.
Return Shipping is $20
*Pricing valid until 12/31/2024
The cost of quilting is calculated by adding the length + the width of the quilt and multiplying by 1.35*.
Example: A quilt that is 60" x 84" is figured as follows: (60 + 84 = 144) x 1.35 = $194.
If you would like us to bind your quilt the cost is calculated by adding the length + the width of the quilt and multiplying by .55.
Example: A quilt that is 60" x 84" is figured as follows: (60 + 84 = 144) x .55 = $79.
You can provide the batting or we can provide it. We uses Hobbs Bonded 80% Cotton/20% poly. If we provide the batting, it costs .42 cents per inch. We will add 6" to the width of your quilt.
Example: A quilt that is 60" wide, the batting charge will be figured as follows: (60" + 6" = 66") x .42 = $28.
You can provide the backing material ready to go on the machine per the instructions in the book.
Or you can purchase the fabric from us. This includes washing and sewing.
Our backing costs .27 cents per inch. We will add 6" to the width of your quilt.
Example: A quilt that is 60" wide, the backing charge will be figured as follows: (60" + 6" = 66") x .27 = $18 x (2 or 3)* = cost.
*If your quilt is 80" long or less, multiply by 2. Quilts over 80" long multiply by 3.
To figure out the cost of each service, put you quilt size into the calculator below.

We do not accept stained-glass T-shirt quilts.
Typically 4 to 6 weeks.
Thought, it will depend on the time of year. Around Christmas and during high school graduation season, it may be closer to 6 to 8 weeks. In January and in August it could be closer to 3 weeks. If it will be longer than 6 weeks, we will let you know.
If you have a specific date that you need to have your quilt returned by, please indicate this on your order form so we can plan accordingly.
This is the only style of T-shirt quilt we are experienced quilting. We feel it's important to offer the highest quality work and we can't do that with other styles of quilts.
Our machines are not calibrated to that thickness. We also don't like the sticky from the backing on our needles.
These quilts are so difficult to quilt even when we make them ourselves with our years of experience. Therefore, we don't offer this service.
Stained-glass T-shirt quilts are very challenging to quilt. Therefore, we don't offer this service.
